**When you book with me you are getting a specialized combination of my training and modalities. I work by listening to your story, nervous system and the cranio rhythm in your body and only go as deep as your body wisdom wants, as support on your healing journey. Anywhere from light, relaxing and subtle, to deep tissue and specific work. Every session and everybody needs their own tailored approach, I look forward to figuring out together, what that is for you.

Mia’s story:

Background: I have always had a fascination with the body and how it operates in tandem with the mind and spirit. When growing up I was a gymnast, and then coached for 10 years. The world of gymnastics furthered my curiosity and understanding of body/ mind connection and mechanics.

Schooling: Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage.

Training with the Upledger Institute: Completed CS1, CS2, and SER1 Certifications.

Jones institute: Facial Counter strain foundations course certified
